Marco Masucci is an experienced football executive, coach, and entrepreneur with over 25 years in the game. Born in Montreal, Canada to Abruzzese and Campobassani parents, Marco grew up immersed in the values of Italian football and community. His career has spanned every level of the sport—from grassroots and NCAA Division 1 to international football—with past roles including work with the Canadian National Team, the U.S. Olympic Development Program, and the Saint Lucia National Team.

Marco is the founder of EXP Sports Travel, a leading provider of international football experiences for players and families, and the owner and cofounder of Avant Sports, a consulting firm that works with football clubs and sports organizations.

As CEO and Managing Partner of Donna Roma FC, Marco is leading the ambitious relaunch of the club, with the goal of bringing a world-class sporting and business model to Italian women’s football. His vision combines local passion with international ambition, aiming for promotion to Serie A and long-term sustainability through talent development, innovation, and global reach.
